Scarlet and Gold, LLC
As a graphic designer at Scarlet and Gold, a company based out of Auburn, Alabama, I have had the opportunity to work side by side other graphic designers, creating thousands of collections, bouncing ideas off of them and learning more about my design style and aesthetic. Each day, I am asked to create impactful and meaningful designs for both Scarlet and Gold and outside clients. Through this job, I have learned how to work effectively and efficiently with a team, clearly communicating both in person and remotely, have grown my typography and illustration skills, and have further developed my time management skills. We are asked to create designs for both DTG printing and embroidery all that are then placed on t-shirts, hats, tumblers, stickers, blankets, etc. Not only do we create the apparel, but we also market ourselves on social media creating posts, stories, and even emails to send out to our customers. Below are some of the designs that I have made throughout my time at Scarlet and Gold.
Illustrating for Scarlet and Gold
Creating cute & memorable mascots for Scarlet and Gold for over 20 schools allowed me the opportunity to infinitely grow in my digital illustration skills. Each collegiate school pushed me to create a mascot that the student body and fanbase would be proud to wear. Not only have I illustrated mascots, but also intricate buildings among other things.
I have had the opportunity to work with many collegiate schools to create apparel including Auburn, Alabama, Baylor, LSU, Mississippi State, Ole Miss, UCF, Georgia Tech, SMU, Vanderbilt, and more!
